Medical Aesthetics Industry Leadership

2000–2014

Built a 14-year career with Allergan, progressing from Surgical Sales Representative to Regional Sales Leader and National Medical Education Leader. Partnered with many of the industry’s leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists while helping advance physician education, clinical excellence, leadership development, and practice growth across the medical aesthetics industry.

Inspire Aesthetics

2015-2022

Co-founded and led Inspire Aesthetics from startup through multi-location expansion and a successful transaction. Oversaw operations, patient experience, marketing, financial performance, leadership development, and organizational growth while experiencing firsthand the challenges of scaling a modern aesthetic practice.
